LAGM*A NRW is a state-wide network and expert body for intersectional girl-focused youth-work\/policy in NRW. Our goal is to center the experiences, interests and realities of MINTA (girls, inter, non-binary, trans, and agender people) to ensure that policy decisions and educational offerings are aligned with and for MINTA. Our current political focus includes analyzing queer-feminist, race- and class-critical approaches to intersectional girl-work. Our strategic direction is shaped by empowerment, allyship and reflection on privilege. Our policy work takes a power-critical approach. We understand intersectional girl-work and gender, race and class critique as interdisciplinary concerns of all child- and youth-work, which is why we operate in a variety of political interest areas and contexts. <\/p>\n

The LAGM*A NRW also publishes the Germany-wide journal BEM (Betrifft M\u00e4dchen).<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
