Nous accompagnons les femmes immigr\u00e9es (nouvellement arriv\u00e9es) sur leur chemin vers le march\u00e9 du travail. Nos participantes doivent en priorit\u00e9 \u00eatre int\u00e9gr\u00e9es dans un emploi soumis \u00e0 l’assurance sociale obligatoire ou dans une formation (\u00e0 temps partiel) ou \u00eatre encourag\u00e9es \u00e0 se lancer dans une activit\u00e9 ind\u00e9pendante qui leur permette de subvenir \u00e0 leurs besoins. <\/p>\n

Les femmes ayant une exp\u00e9rience de l’immigration sont nettement sous-repr\u00e9sent\u00e9es sur le march\u00e9 du travail. Les donn\u00e9es et notre exp\u00e9rience montrent cependant que nombre d’entre elles sont tr\u00e8s motiv\u00e9es et poss\u00e8dent les qualifications n\u00e9cessaires pour exercer une activit\u00e9 professionnelle. IT’S MY WAY doit contribuer \u00e0 l’int\u00e9gration sociale et professionnelle durable des femmes formellement peu qualifi\u00e9es et ayant une exp\u00e9rience de l’immigration. <\/p>\n
