Short description:

SOLWODI advocates for the rights of migrant and refugee women in Germany who have experienced hardship and violence, including human trafficking, sexual exploitation, forced marriage and other forms of violence. We offer psychosocial care, organize medical or legal support, arrange integration courses, and accompany clients dealing with authorities. Care is always focused on the individual needs and situation of each client.

SOLWODI stands for ‘solidarity with women in distress.’ Across Germany, SOLWODI has 19 specialized counseling centers and seven shelters for women and children in need.

Monday – Thursday, 9 am to 4 pm

Focus areas:

Advice and support for women* (all persons who self-identify/are identified as women) by women employees and through women interpreters (if desired), support is provided in person, by telephone or online (also anonymous), contact via WhatsApp possible.
