IM*A

IM*A aims to reshape child- and youth-work from an intersectional MINTA (girls, inter, non-binary, trans, agender) perspective on asylum and migration, recognizing how sexism is entangled with racism and classism.

We offer tools and guidance to support critical refection on intersectional social care targeted at MINTA children and young people. Our work is based on assessing of the needs and circumstances of MINTA refugees, as well as the professional expertise of the LAGM*A team. We advise, assess, inform, represent and connect professionals in MINTA-focused child- and youth-work.

IM*A is part of LAGM*A in NRW funded by the Ministry for Children, Youth, Family, Equality, Asylum and Integration.
