My Turn – IT`S MY WAY / RE/init e.V.

We support (new) immigrant women on their way into the labor market. Our participants should primarily be integrated into employment subject to social insurance contributions or (part-time) training or encouraged to take up self-employment to secure their livelihood.

Women with migration experience are significantly underrepresented in the labor market. However, the data and our experience show that many of them are highly motivated and have the necessary qualifications to take up employment. IT’S MY WAY aims to contribute to the sustainable social and professional integration of formally low-skilled women with migration experience.

We support our participants with, among other things:

• German lessons
• Counseling Café
• Digital World” course
• Job application training
• Individual coaching
• Help to reconcile family and career

We offer IT’S MY WAY in the Recklinghausen district, Gladbeck and Gelsenkirchen.

The project is funded as part of the ESF Plus federal program “MY TURN – Women with migration experience take off”.
