Advice, vocational training, digital empowerment and evaluation
RESQUE is a project focused on integrating women refugees into the German labor market, with an emphasis on empowerment and sustainable social engagement. Our target group is women of all ages, experience and language skills, with and without disabilities.
Low-threshold access is guaranteed. The project explores women’s individual resources and specific challenges, and offers tailored advice. Realistic intermediate milestones are determined to ensure that each participant reaches her goal. The project provides vocational training. The aim is to close the gap between clients and job-market requirements. One focus is on women’s digital empowerment through computer and smartphone courses.
To ensure the ongoing impact of the project’s work, it is evaluated against women’s ever-evolving needs, as well as labor market conditions, via demand-analysis assessments and feedback rounds with clients. The project actively embodied the European Social Fund’s global principles, in particular equality and anti-discrimination.
