Move and Meet e.V.

As a non-profit sports and education association, we make it easier for athletes, especially women and girls, to get into sport by offering low-cost or free sports, education and leisure activities – often in cooperation with other institutions.

We particularly target women and girls with migration or refugee experience. We also target people who experience various forms of discrimination or are underrepresented in organized sport, such as BIPoC. Through the LSB NRW LSBTIQ+ sports team and the network for sexual and gender diversity of the city of Münster, we are committed to the interests of LGBTIQ people in sport.

We focus on promoting the joy of movement and contact with one another. We contribute to social justice and the empowerment of women and girls through sport. Our offers create spaces of strength for movement and encounters in sport and education. Our focus is on the advancement of women, empowerment and self-development .

Mindfulness, trust and respectful interaction with one another, as well as the promotion of inclusion and participation, are core values at Move and Meet e.V.
